A 1:1 coaching experience of the DYMANCE method with the use of training plans tailored to your daily routine and with unlimited communication and feedback from your coach.
Our coaching is based on the pillars of a holistic performance, on the training of a mature athlete and integrates itself seamlessly into your often leisure-poor everyday life.
Your personal coach will accompany you as guide and mentor. You will receive individual training programs for each day, weekly. Through detailed feedback and tailor-made instructions we empower you to make full use of your personal potential. No question remains unanswered, no uncertainty remains unsettled.
Each DYMANCE coach only accompanies a very strictly limited number of athletes. Currently we take 6-8 athletes per coach in 1:1 Performance Coaching.

What does the offer include?
The complete training planning is obligatory included in our 1:1 Performance Coaching,
i.e. you receive a detailed annual plan, individual training programs and a clear training philosophy and methodology.

How does the process work?
- You arrange a first consultation and we connect you with the coach who matches best for you depending on your wishes
- Your coach conducts an initial, detailed „onboarding“ appointment with you You speak through all the important and relevant topics so that your training can start
- Your coach gives you an overview of the annual planning and discusses it with you
- You receive your training plans on a weekly basis and give your coach feedback on your training via our training support platform
- You will continuously receive personalized and individualized instructions for the implementation of the training contents
- Your coach will teach you everything you need to know about your target sport and your training step by step You discuss all topics such as nutrition, regeneration, pacing strategies, etc. and individual questions 1:1.
